International shipping: we offer worldwide shipping for all products. international shipping costs can be calculated upon check-out using the shipping-rate calculator.

Order Modifications

You may modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by sending an e-mail with your order confirmation number and your order modification:

We cannot make modifications to your order once it has been dispatched. A return modification for size/color/style is possible within 1 day of receiving your item.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy only applies within 24 hours of the payment. any orders cancelled after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns & Refunds


We accept returns sent back to our head office within 14 days of receiving your order. for a return to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a minimum of 7 business days.


Items that were delivered to you in a damaged state will be exchanged to you immediately, free of charge.

Items under the same price may be exchanged with additional shipping costs.
